For the teams, start preparing at the office…morning wake up sessions:
1. Run on the spot as fast as you can for 30 seconds
2. 5 jumping jacks
3. 3 forward lunges on each side
4. Now jump around while shaking your arms over your head…
Sounds crazy but it feels great!
There will be fun and games and lots of music to dance to for the non Walkers and free childcare so bring your children, cousins and their children and friend’s and their children etc…
